I had a really good chat with my church plantng coach last Friday. We talked through the challenges, frustrations, blessings that we have right now. It’s nice to dump on somebody outside the regular circle :-). We got good advice, and some advice-in-hindsight. The main idea was to be encouraged, to plan for slow growth, to try to assimilate 3-5 new families through June 04, and then re-evaluate.
