I had the honor of having a very illuminating and entertaining lunch date today with Dr. Winn Griffin. It was a really fun time – we talked a lot about his history in the Vineyard, about emerging church, about postmodernism in the suburbs, sarcasm as a spiritual gift, lots of cool stuff. All over a few plates of Red Robin fries. Hearing about the dMin work that he’s doing makes me wish I had my mDiv and could join up 🙂
