About

Selfie, Christmas tree cutting, 2024. Using my grandpa’s hand saw.

I am a software engineering leader by trade, focusing on platform engineering, quality engineering, test automation, quality assurance, performance testing and chaos testing using Lean and DevOps practices at your favorite global coffee company. I dig High Performing Teams.

I have a Doctor of Ministry degree in Transformational Leadership for the Global City from Bakke Graduate University. My dissertation integrated social networks and Christian spiritual practices. My undergrad was a B.S. in Computer Science from Gonzaga University – Go Zags.

I teach graduate level courses in Christian spiritual formation and direction at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and have previously taught at Northwest University and Bakke Graduate University. My ares of learning and teaching include spirituality, pilgrimage, creativity, prayer, intentional community, knowledge as a commons and other aspects of the common good, and whatever other shiny objects catch my attention. Part of my I blog is to process what I’m learning and to leave behind some knowledge trails.
