I’m a bit late getting this together, but here it is! I love using the https://1se.co/ app, One Second Every Day, to reflect upon what each day brings.

When I first used this app on my mobile device, I was always looking for the big moments, the life memories.. but after doing this for a while, I realize now that the more memorable moments are the quiet ones – seeing the kids grow up, cuddling with the dog, clouds in the sky.
