From my local (Kroger-owned) grocery store:

$13.99 for 18 eggs, admittedly from the “organic-ish” brand of Simple Truth.

For those outside the USA, or otherwise not aware, an avian flu is heavily impacting birds – including the commercial egg-layers.

Looks like the US Presidential election didn’t fix the price of eggs and other groceries after all, as the Republican candidate promised.
