Is the community you are part in a physical location? I would love to learn more, and fondly remember a parish retreat on Lindisfarne when we were posted in England, the weekend prior to 9/11, although we did not know it at the time. We were renewed and able to face the challenges ahead due to the time we spent there.

I’m in a few different ones. A small local church community, but also a scattered Celtic community (www.aidanandhilda.us), and some web based things, and instructing at a seminary. It’s all community to me 🙂

I was asking since there are physical communities in Pittsburgh, Dallas and Chicago. Folks live together with a rule of sorts and share domestic tasks. The communities include singles and families.
