A few weeks ago our family signed up for weekly deliveries from Full Circle Farm, a local organic farm not 10 miles from us. We are part of their CSA (Community-supported agriculture) system, so every week we get a box of locally grown fruit, vegetables and herbs that are fresh, organic, in-season and grown in an ecologically conscious manner. And they taste fantastic.

Our family has been trying to find ways to make more healthy food choices lately, and this has been a great move for us. We have a fridge full of good produce now, and we get to be creative about recipes, which takes us out of ruts. I’m really happy with how this is working out.

Relatedly, have you heard about the Hundred Mile Diet?
