Power in Networks

Building on yesterday’s post about social network graphing, I’d like to point you to paper written by Orgnet.com‘s authors titled “Power in Networks“. It’s a PDF, and looks at how power in relational networks changes when individuals share information within and outside the normal lines of authority. Doesn’t look as directly applicable as the social graphing ideas, but – as somebody who’s reading a lot about leadership for my next class at BGU, and learning more and more about how power MUST be inverted and given away in the Kingdom of God, it’s a good resource.
