I love small groups. Until I planted a church, I learned more in leading small groups than I had anywhere else in faith or business leadership.

I just ran into a new blog – Andy Rowel’s Church Leadership Conversations. On browsing the first page, I saw several interesting entries, but none that caught my attention like Andy’s post about improving your church’s small groups. The reasoning is practical, experience-based, and rings true with what I’ve seen as well. Worth checking out if you’re a small group leader or interested in small groups.

(Oh, and go read Joe Meyer’s book, The Search to Belong. It’ll mess you up, in a very good way).
