Seven Things to Do Before I Die:
1. Raise healthy children.
2. Ride a motorcycle to the southern tip of South America.
3. Play guitar well.
4. Sail.
5. Travel to Ireland again, Australia, New Zealand, the Caribbean, and throughout Africa and Indonesia.
6. Make a difference in the lives of people who have no hope.
7. Leave the world better than I found it.
(Note, 7 things is a lot easier than 43 things, but I figured that it would be cheating to cut n paste from that list).

1. Remember peoples’ names
2. Paint or draw (does that count as two?)
3. Be excited to balance a checkbook
4. Anything that is rote and mechanistic
5. Find a way to ignore genocide
6. Get excited about presidential politics
