In doing some research on the Ignatian Method of reading Scripture, I found a really well-done website that you might want to use as well. MethodX includes descriptions and examples of the Ignatian Method, Lectio Divina, spiritual practices(disciplines), a spiritual personality test, and plenty of other goodies.
The website design is fantastic also.
