I’m editing and printing the agenda document for tomorrow’s leaders meeting. At the end of the meeting we ask these three questions – every month, every time we get together. I think they’re important to keep an eye on:

Questions:

• Where do you see God’s hand in our church right now?
• Where do you think God’s leading us?
• If God’s presence wasn’t among us, how would things look/feel different?

I’ll have to think about this part a bit, but it seems that these are similar to the things that a good spiritual director asks.
