★ Catching Up

For the last couple of weeks I’ve had an ongoing conversation with a friend of mine from high school. Long story short, his family and my family were neighbors (as such exists in rural western Montana, living miles apart). I bought his car from him – a ’48 Dodge Coupe, with the intention to rebuild and rod it. But time and money have escaped me, so it’s been sitting in the barn back at the Montana house for years.

His son, who’s now a freshman in high school, is buying the car back from me – to rebuild and look cool driving. Should be fun.
