I wonder if blogging can be considered a spiritual discipline (interview with Dallas Willard here).

I mean, it’s different than journaling in that I’m trying to write to an audience, and with a purpose (fuzzy as both of those may be). But it’s at least a discipline, at least on some days. It’s like study as a discipline, or celebration: different than what I usually think of as a spiritual discipline, but nevertheless it’s another means of opening the pathways of God’s grace to me.
