Last night we made burritos and had good beer and met with 9 people who I believe are leaders in this church. I think we had good discussion around several topics:
– Do you feel like a leader in this church? Why/why not?
– How would you describe leadership?
– What is happening in the church that you see God’s signature and fingerprint on?
– What can this church become?
– How/Should the church market itself (somebody else raised this question, not me).
We’ll begin to meet regularly to try to build up a team leadership methodology. I’m excited to see what will happen.
