A couple of good quotes from Dallas Willard’s book, which we’re going through in a home group:
“The still small voice is the preferred and most valuable form of individualized communication for God’s purposes. God usually addresses those who walk with him in a mature, personal relationship using this inner voice, proclaiming and showing forth the reality of the kingdom of God as they go.”
“A biblical Christian is not just someone who holds certain beliefs about the Bible. He or she is also someone who leads the kind of life demonstrated in the Bible: a life of personal, intelligent interaction with God. Anything less than this makes a mockery of the priesthood of the believer.”
